This website is purely informational. We do not use cookies, analytics or tracking services, or advertising networks. Fonts are served locally from our server; no content is loaded from third-party servers. Your selected language setting (DE/EN) is stored exclusively locally in your browser (localStorage) and is not transmitted to us.

3. Server log files when visiting the website

When you visit this website, our hosting provider automatically records information in so-called server log files that your browser transmits. This includes: IP address, date and time of the request, page or file accessed, amount of data transferred, browser type and version, operating system and referrer URL.

Processing is based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in the technical provision, stability and security of the website. This data is not merged with other data sources. The log files are automatically deleted by the hosting provider in accordance with its applicable retention periods.

This website is hosted by an external service provider in Germany or the EU. The hosting provider processes the data mentioned under section 3 on our behalf on the basis of a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.

The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR insofar as the enquiry relates to the initiation or performance of a contract, otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in answering enquiries). The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required to achieve the purpose and no statutory retention obligations apply.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority about our processing of your personal data. The competent authority is the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of Baden-Württemberg, Germany.

This privacy policy is dated July 2026. Further development of our website or changed legal requirements may make it necessary to amend this policy. In case of discrepancies, the German version prevails.
